Does the self-sufficiency test play a factor with a portfolio lender and 3-4 families? 

If not city of San Diego, the courts have been treating a year residency by family for over 1 year as sufficient indication that it was not done simply to circumvent AB1482.  

Do you have the intellectual horsepower to execute development projects of your own, organize teams, raise capital, and act as a deal orchestrator and sufficient vision to serve the space market for your chosen product type?
