Hey BP, Has anyone ever had success with speaking with deutsche bank about REO properties ?

I love hearing other REI success stories and am excited to hear about yours!

Thanks to my reading, I have never been caught flat-footed by any situation, never at a loss for how any problem has been addressed (successfully or unsuccessfully) before.

My gf works for a Chinese company here in Shanghai that sells foreign properties to Chinese and have been doing it successfully for several years now.

Success leaves clues.

The sad thing is not many people even know about investing in notes, let alone actually invest and are successful investing in notes.

No judgement here, I know lot's of successful and lucky investors who are not risk adverse.

., (9) level of investment experience you have, (10) familiarity of the market, etc.As an investor, one of my primary responsibilities is risk management... my ability to fully understand all of the risks that I am taking and put processes/structures in place to minimize or control these risks.And if you are a successful risk manager, i have found that in REI you are able to mitigate the downside and generate returns that ARE NOT commensurate with the risks you are taking and do so by providing a triple win to your investors, your tenants, and yourself!

For anyone who has successfully used the BRRRR strategy where have you found the best deals?
