A successful note investor looks at all options and is able to get creative to turn “bad” notes into life long passive income.

Thanks to my reading, I have never been caught flat-footed by any situation, never at a loss for how any problem has been addressed (successfully or unsuccessfully) before.

My gf works for a Chinese company here in Shanghai that sells foreign properties to Chinese and have been doing it successfully for several years now.
