Should I submit a "letter of intent" or an actual contract?

We have been submitting offers like crazy and once accepted before the LLC is done, can the property be absorbed into that if acquired prior to starting the LLC?  

Video that the door was open, video walk through of the premises to document the disaster and all the stuff left behind.

I'd like to think if our original letter showed how much cash we were willing to pay for the property the counter would have been closer to that...Cheers,Bryan On a Hud purchase, your agent only submits the letter after your bid is accepted.  

Have you submitted several offers/counter offers?

Just make sure the PM is choosing a tenant who is working at the time the application is submitted or you won't get the highest possible rent.

-Move in pictures/video- Upon completion of the rent ready we take move in pictures and or a video of your property.

Luckily the alarm must have scarred them off because they didn't take or damage anything inside but they did get the a/c unit.With this experience we realized we need video streaming inside & out, which is not supported with a cellular signal so we would have to get wifi.

I was trying to find a video they had put out on wholesaling in MN but I can't for the life of me find it.
