Especially since not one dime goes to overhead.. the founding core which can all be found on BP each put in their own donations to fund the start up get the proper structure with the IRS etc..

So, is it possible to structure my lease with a nullification clause that if their sale falls through before close, then they can break the lease?

I can't give specifics on that area but I am going to be 80k into a rehab that structurally was good, but needed all new electric, plumbing, roof, windows, moved walls, added 3 bathrooms, new kitchen, all new floors etc.
