Is there some way I can structure a owner financed 30 year mortgage with her and divert the taxes over 30 years?

Translation: keeping the business structure simple as I start out is helpful for me so I can learn the business, and hopefully keep costs down.

Especially since not one dime goes to overhead.. the founding core which can all be found on BP  each put in their own donations to fund the start up get the proper structure with the IRS etc..
