I'm not against couples, kids or families at all, I'm just concerned about the ratio of people to bathrooms.  

Our family owns a home occupied by a section 8 tenant.  

I am not planning on driving the routes - would need to have a manager & dispatcher while having trucks and drivers actually drive the routes and deliver packages.The businesses seem to be quite strong cash-flow-wise but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to get into this business.Would appreciate any feedback on this.Thanks.

I am just getting started and need to find a good multi-family syndication lawyer anyone have any recommendations? 

That is a beautiful thing for a single income household but is nowhere near enough to reach the financial security and lifestyle I would like for my family. 

I am a buy and hold investor looking to buy a small single family home that at most needs major cosmetic work done.

Ford Motor Credit will do no pg business auto loans/leases, but you need a strong DNB profile, with high trade limits reporting.

Price: $12,900 Rent: $1,994Even some Single Family Homes had very high rents.

I am not (yet) into commercial RE as I am just starting out BRRRR on my first property which God willing I plan to convert it to a duplex from the single-family that it is now.
