Realtors have a fiduciary responsibility to their clients where as a wholesaler does not.

Now if a client or anyone else asks for a recommendation, I can easily filter my search to just the area of expertise needed.

Buying is an individual, or with my LLC as the client, it's necessarily adversarial.

Less deals since realtors already got their greedy hands in and their client thinks their property worth more than it is.Most realtors dont have a clue if they did they wouldn't  be realtors.
