I think we saw the system at work with Ron Paul, the machine will continue to make guys like him look like a nut job.While I am not a big "conspiracy" crazy kind of guy, I am smart enough to know that there are powers much higher than the President, Congress, and Senate that pull the puppet strings.

It seems like tile, more than any other material can easily be poorly installed, either by a DIY or even by seasoned contractors who don't know the proper substrates, etc for tile installs.

Assuming the new fits the old frames, you can just recycle the new frames, or replace them as needed.We do the same with windows when both panes have been broken.It is not always the most economical when looking just at materials costs, but when factoring in time and difficulty - it is the easiest and fastest.

In my experience the sellers ALWAYS think or at least say that the title is clear even if its not.I personally want the title searched ASAP because I don't like having to refund money after stringing out my buyer for title issues.

Check your state and local laws, but you for sure must disclose you are an agent if talking to a consumer about buying or selling a house.The yellow letters may need to have your agent and broker info on it as well, it would have to be on the marketing material in my state.

Ok what I was trying to say those profarma are marketing materials it does not mean every deal will go like that.and also compare with any REIT whether it is worth getting in to hastle.
