It will give you time to focus on your first and make sure that it is running smoothly.

My KC house keeps me up at night but Indy has been smooth sailing. 

Others, well, some others didn’t go as smooth but overall we’ve had success and we continue to make tax deeds our primary investment vehicle.   

So borrowing solves my immediate crisis but doesn't help me much in the long run unless its sunny skies and smooth water for a LONG time...Selling something......obviously a door or 2 is the choice...... gets me out of the current crisis or at least real close....my debit isn't higher.....and I have fewer potential needs for reserves I don't have yet.Selling a door or 2 isn't quitting....... its being smart.

The path to Bigger Pockets was not a smooth ride lol, however it started with the Ferriss podcast --> Mr.

The first time went smooth, no issues or surprises.

Im just worried my first venture won't go as smooth.

I really dig what they have done.. frankly.. now lets just see how smooth my sales go then I can report back.

They don't fully understand the importance of location and strictly go for the highest cash-flowing properties thinking it'll always be smooth sailing.
