So should I just skip houses with no pool?

I replaced both bathrooms, tiled the floor, built a breakfast bar in the kitchen, painted cabinets and did a concrete overlay for all the countertops.

step2 figure out how in the world it’s worth less than they paid, especially since they probably had to skip 6-12 payments to be eligible for a short sale. step 3 figure out if you want to buy in a market that is falling apart. step 4.

My first property was an off-campus student rental with a large investor presence already established so our best method was to pull an absentee list, skip-trace, then cold call/text to see if anyone was looking to off-load a property.
