I dont mind the working, I mean the 8-5, I just dont like being confined to one area and being told when I can eat, for how long, and that sort of thing, we're in a high rise building, so when i look out window it's so pretty, it makes me feel like a caged eagle .

I am looking to close a deal here in a few days and will be verifying my fee being paid out at closing with the lender, however I still want to get the buyer to sign some sort of contract with me just in case.Does anyone have a simple fee agreement contract I could use.Thanks!
