I have a few courses that I've purchased, and I've been combing through this and another forum.I plan to set up an LLC, and I think that will run me around 300.I have a total of about 1000 to spend at the moment, but will have another 500 or so by the end of the month.What is going to be the most important thing/s to spend money on?

"B" agent is only representing you, so if you don't buy then they don't get a commission.As for the others, I'm going to take a stab at them, but I hope one of the experienced guys/gals hops in to save us from ourselves :) I've never done a complete ABC deal for starters, but have 4 in negotiations at the moment.

We're just some college guys living together so it's not like there's a family or anything to worry about if we have to move at a moments notice :-).Plus, though this guy is probably losing money hand over fist, I think he has a pretty good paying job and will probably try to hold the property for a while.
