I feel he covers just about all the data rather than being selective as many economists tend to be (most economists are more similar to a Michael Moore flick than to someone trying to find the truth).Like I said, he is one of the few guys I think is worth listening to.

However, if you flipped 3 and loaned on 7 (this is just a random number selected for this example) the URS would rule that the main intent of the IRA was to be passive and since you did not exceed the 3 mark on flips, no UBIT would take place.In summary, the guideline wold include a combination of intent and quantity.

I personally love commercial and have regular hours and can make my own schedule.If you love teaching and do not want to change careers then I would stick to your own investments and occasionally be selective and take some investor business on your terms.
