To date this has been my most successful investments, and this is how I got started investing in real estate.I got my real estate salesperson license in August 2013.I currently attend Temple University pursuing a BBA in Real Estate (scheduled to graduate May 2015)I look forward to networking with other like minded people. 

Apparently he hasn't received an auction date and didn't agree to start a shortsale. 

Additionally, he is looking to push the date.

I didn't purposefully try to buy 2 houses at once, it just happened that I found 2 great deals at around the same time, and on the 2nd deal the seller changed the closing date earlier than I wanted....

Our loan is a commercial loan and they prefer to do multiple properties at one time so we set a closing date 6 weeks out so I have time to find more properties and add them to the loan.  

You have to have some cut off date and terms.

Hopefully I can manage to schedule time to come to the meetup via video at a future date.
