This happened in industry like market making and investment banking as well- In the same week, Airbnb owner is punished by state gov. of Colorado by increasing the tax rate- Meanwhile , gov. is endorsing everyone to become landlord in their own primary house by having ADU. - I also see a lot of initiatives from real estate tech co. to disturb the traditional real estate industry.

She says she took a position on the east coast (we’re in Colorado) and would like to vacate the house on 10/31, and asks “what would you need from my company to break the lease”.

looking for a RE lawyer in Colorado Springs who can help with purchasing a SFR or duplex FSBO, drawing up lease contracts, and similar issues.  

I'm hoping to sit down with a CPA and a real estate attorney in the Colorado Springs area to discuss some strategies I've been reading about on here. i want to be sure I'm doing everything the best legal way possible, but I have no idea how to find a real estate investment saavy attorney or CPA.
