The other ones are fear based and instead of working with the sharing economy trying to find win-win solutions it seems they want to work against it or shut it out completely.

How would your investment fare if attendance fell at the park, or it went out of business, or was shut down due to some safety concern?  

And at the water place, I would just ask for the water shut off list?

This area has multiple large dairy farms so if one of them shut down there are plenty more needing employees.

I was originally turned off by that area bc of lack of retail and restaurants there but I have come around more.

There is a small store and a couple of restaurants, but that is pretty much it.We constantly get compliments on the kitchen.
