One of the thing he asked was "how much did I bought the property for" to which my response was how is that information relevant to whether the property had damage to it before the purchase and whether the property had damage to it after the purchase.

With the great response to Angry Homeowners I am following up with a post stating my amazement that agents would get so angry when one of their clients receive one of my direct mail letters!!

Any damages that occurred other than wear and tear you are responsible for, weather it comes out of the deposit or you pay for it yourself.
