SInce I closed these two into an LLC, they do not show up on my credit report so they are not the issue holding my back, the other 4 that were closed into my name are the issue.   

I think $700 is what Wells Fargo is charging for a credit report and appraisal.

Jain,Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac - Conforming both have a (10) loan maximum loan limit reporting to credit. 

You said the inspector gave you a detailed report, etc.

See if you can get a copy of the report through your agent.

That being said, we have mostly put aside the thought of using traditional mortgages because they all report under us personally, and we're limited on how many mortgages we can have...plus the debt to income ratio will look skewed for us personally with all the mortgages. 

Not to mention if you use business credit it does not show up on personal credit reports so not calculated in dti 👍 dm me
