Whats great about Ogden is that everyone hustles in the city and finding reliable and reasonably priced contractors is not terribly difficult if you want to house hack. 

Reliable service > cheap service within reason.

As of now, my challenges are understand markets conditions, knowing how to get a comp (but Im feeling more confident about that as time goes on) and finding a reliable resource for the proper wholesaling contracts that I will need for my endeavors.
