Then we require them to provide documentation from a qualified professional, such as a medical professional or mental health professional or social service case manager, that attests to the fact that the individual has a qualified disability AND that they are in need of this particular animal to assist them in relation to this disability.Also, keep in mind that although you can't deny a person with a qualified disability their right to keep a qualified service animal or ESA, you can require them to pay for damages as they occur.

But if I were you instead of trying to "go it alone" in any part of REI if you are new, find an REI club like @Nathan suggested and find someone to Mentor youe en if you arrange a small fee for a regular time slot to watch them work, an agent, an investor, whoever -- any successful person who's done successful deals and can train you how to think/look, how to select which *type* of REI might be right for you even.
