Since your new to the industry, let me clarify because various people with mentoring programs to sell will misuse labels so prospective customers may be more willing to part with their $.Wholesaling, as the term is used currently, is a job, just like being a real estate agent.Buy, fix and flip is a business, just like any business that buys raw materials, adds value, and sells it in the marketplace.Neither are real estate investing.

There are prospects in expansion phase 3 but focusing on new construction and job growth in those sub markets closely avoiding shifting into Hypersupply.The goal now is to set up a team that consist of Project Manager, CRE Broker, CRE Attorney, Contracter, Mortgage Broker, Escrow Company.

Sooo I am wondering what is my recourse now, they pay the rent and that's hard to find for the neighborhood...and I would like them to stay but the damages far exceed their security deposit.They say that their dogs did not cause the damage to the home.
