I am looking to sell a STR, Are there buyers who buy a fully furnished property?

I’m interested in purchasing a rental property and or properties if I can find the right deal.

And now I'm wondering if I spent way too much, considering how small my business is and only one property.

Just like with multifamily buildings, the more modern and move-in-ready a property is, the less potential there is for adding value, which can limit your return on investment.I suggest looking for off-market properties.
