or would you just focus on paying off debt first with the thought process of being able to focus more on real estate investing in the future because your cash position will be a whole lot stronger without consumer debt.

On that note, I am not even positive it works like that if we can get the LLC on the loan then I would have a larger risk assessment personally but it will still have to be funded off of his personal credit.
