But wanted to see if anyone here has experience with the Andrerson Advisor Titatnium Package.  

This morning we found out the 2 vacant need a lot of work and he offered to drop the price to 105k total for the two of them or drop the overall package price to 800k and if that didnt work then we would just take the two vacant out of the package deal.

@Kalanie Tran Yes, I bought 8 properties consisting of 25 total units about 6 months ago, and that package is close to 1.2% with current rents well below market.

I like to compare services and packages before choosing any vendors, and thought this might be a good place to check for feedback. 

How much work goes into each of those returns to prepare them is directly related to their fees.Other CPA's may offer somewhat of a package deal for all of the returns depending on the workload.I would suggest browsing around and discussing with other CPA's to see what their fees tend to be after discussing in detail regarding your returns.

I have been to the Rich U class with a friend who bought a pretty big package at the weekend 500 buck weekend class.

It seems nowadays that RE mentors provide the best information when they start in this business and become very greedy at one point and separate the information into packages to make more money.

I teach a course on this but do the most obvious things that make it different from any pics on the mls.ie. paint, cabs, counters, flooring, hardware upgrades, smell good, daylight bulbs in lights, etc... make a list of all upgrades, have your preferred comps in package, talk nice, schedule appraisal mid morning, not on a rainy day, etc..

I use a larger brand name shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the original packaging, with a pump.
