If there is so much money invested in DST's, can one reliably say that sufficient number of investors are profiting?

Theyre just ARMs with a different name and a one year adjustment period.

They are also mulit-unit buildings valued in a similar range as the one you are looking at.

All the ones I've tried working with have not been great (three different ones), so I really can't recommend anyone.

I currently am using two different property management softwares, one for my properties, and one for my family member's properties and send a weekly invoice for my commission. 

One would think that the tenant would have been notified if they needed to move out.  

They say to move out after one year, find a tenant for the unit you were in, and buy another property to rinse and repeat.
