@Taylor ThompsonYou've hit on the conundrum for a lot of first-time investors who live in the Denver or Colorado Springs areas (or really anywhere in the state that's not off in the boonies).

They do a great job of getting vacancies filled quickly, but every time a vacancy is filled, it seems that I get hit with some expensive repairs that seemingly come from out of the blue.

As a real estate agent, I check out every residential income property that hits the market.

Covid has hit us hard and this would be quite a stretch for me.Another idea...may be slightly outlandish...but would an investor be interested in purchasing this place and do a Lease Purchase back to us??...
