This is a realistic appraisal as we have closely been monitoring comparable Sold homes in our neighborhood.

The software is very full featured and handles all tasks for the entire property management lifecycle.I think their pricing is a little high if your self-managing a small number of properties, but I think is more reasonable above 100 properties.Nate

I quickly figured out the sales world was much more appealing and would allow me to make more money quicker so after 2.5 years in staffing, I finally couldn't take the 60 hour work weeks and quit for a 40 hour week job in software sales.

it got rid of most of the smell but it hits every once in a while.i say a dehumdifier is the way to go. try a cheaper one at HD & monitor. if it doesn't work, just return it. no real $ risk for you.
