You can strengthen that by doing some finding for a flipper who is already active and learning how they analyze deals and what they do different.Or your problem may be a lack of marketing expertise to find buyers.

Look at the truly wealthy RE investors and the formula is usually the same; expertise in one market (usually local) and expertise in ONE maybe two asset classes be it SFR, MF, commercial, etc.
