You will need to get a local, rockstar Realtor, contractor, lender, and property manager.

Have you attended any local meetup groups in your area or nearest city that focus on this niche?  

If it's a commercial lender or portfolio lender or small local bank they may not care where it comes from.

In other words, instead of having then GC hire the plumber, roofer, electrician, painter, etc......you hire them as needed directly.
