New Central Air, brand new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms.

I have a Duplex renting in South Lake Tahoe and was thinking of allowing pets because I'm having a hard time renting so far. 

Anyone who has experience in Demo and rehab or rebuilds please get a hold of me.  1 bed 1 bath, Kitchen, bath needs to be redone, rip up the carpet and put down a floating floor.  

I’m considering hiring one, but no way I need a full timer yet

We are looking for a good General Contractor to help us along, as well as a good roofing company, and possibly sub contractors in flooring and bathroom/kitchen remodel.

The six month timer is from the day you close on the purchase, and it's closing-to-closing... so we start them at the 4 or 4.5 month mark if the rehab work is done by that point, especially if the investor is in hard money that accrues interest at that horrid rate each and every day.

We have done all the cleaning ourselves when preparing and turning over the home and take care to do as good a job as possible for the next guest.My question is about what is considered standard, thorough cleaning-  The most recent guests seemed to have spent a lot of time in the kitchen.  

As a first-timer, find a loan officer who knows REI inside and out, offers competitive rates, and communicates well.

Kitchen cabinets are not in great shape, but all appliances except for the fridge are there (working or not, I don't know  - house is "winterized").
