I was hoping someone might have the article posted on BP around the end of June of this year that gave tips on how much to update.

We already lower the price 2x.Do you have any tips or ideas to help selling a nice property in a not so good location ?

The other is a professional couple relocating from out of state. 3 young kids.In your experience (especially with responsible higher-end tenants like these) which is a greater risk for damage, kids or pets?
