Maybe thats the move and then you can wholesale whatever you want.Are you a people person that just loves breakfast, lunch  and dinner meetings and is a 'connector' you can bring people together and get a piece of the action if done correctly by all parties.

Both Rarebird and Northwest REIA hold monthly meetings and are a great place to network.

If anyone in the area would like to meet (I'm planning on making it to the Lake Forest meetup if it works with my schedule) and knock heads I would love it!

I thought I would let you know about the local REIA group, where you can go for a free meeting and decide whether you want to join for a year.

I normally have them sign the Information About Brokerage Services if we meet up and ALWAYS have them sign the IABS and a non representation agreement if we agree on a price and I get the house under contract.

We are in the same neighborhood and there are quite a few BP members that meets regularly Des Moines, Seattle, Lakewood and Bellevue, WA.

I’ll definitely look forward to getting out to the REIA meetings.
