Very inspiring post; I enjoyed reading everyone's goals for the rest of the year.I am looking to finalize things related to our investing business; primarily building a solid relationship with smaller regional and investor friendly banks in the Washington DC area that we could leverage for our next project.  

As inspiring as it is to hear how well people conduct their business and listen to their success stories, it would also be good to hear some more from the members who have made various levels of mistakes that everyone can learn from.

Hi everyone. i am a buy and hold investor who has up until now paid all cash on deals. after lots of BP reading i was inspired to purchase a small apartment building.

I wish I had thought about that 15 years ago.Very inspiring!
