Hey all-I'll be heading to San Antonio in the very near future and looking to start investing in Section 8 housing there. 

I know it's a solid building, but I'm nervous about the oil boom going bust in 5-10 years.

I’m really excited but REALLY nervous about what I don’t know about mobile home investing.Please help.

We are allowed to leave it open, screen it with insect screen to form something like a screened-in room, or install breakaway walls that will blow or wash away with only 20 pounds of pressure but otherwise provide a weak, visually appealing enclosure. 

The second is in section 24, Miscellaneous (J) - waiving of right to jury trial for landlord and tenant.

If everything is as straightforward as it currently looks, our biggest questions would seem to be USDA expediency, what the inspections are like (I'm new enough that those always make me nervous, no matter how good the property), and the appraisal.

because my wife is a nervouse wreck when it come to gambling our own money!

However, the San Diego market is somewhat bubbly it makes me nervous.

These are also, often, the lowest bids, but they make me the most nervous.
