The first lawyer I talked to was very against the idea of these lease option arrangements , and even said that having any option contract, no matter how it is written, would mean I could not evict at the magistrates' court.Subsequent lawyers I've talked to told me what I want to do is perfectly fine.

I have a lawyer who will oversee the contract and review all documents.

However, any good lawyer could punch holes, if necessary, in a worse case scenario through your LLC/liability, etc.

"Specialized" for lawyers means they are licensed by the State Broad of Legal Specialization by meeting additional requirements set out by that board, in addition to being licensed by the State Bar of Texas.

I'm not a lawyer, but "states that landlords are required to disclose in writing the names andbusiness addresses of: a person residing in Indiana authorized to manage the premises and a person residing in Indiana who is reasonably accessible to the tenant and who is authorized to act as agent for the owner for service of process and receiving notices and demands.
