What I don't have is a steady job and a reliable source of income as I relocate every 6 months as a golf professional (FL for the winters and New England [VT for now] for the summers - I dig it though!). 

I can no longer lift heavy things or swing a hammer or look up to the sky for to long.  

I would try to buy parks of 25 pads or more if that's all you can swing and 50 or more if possible.  

My only true out of school activity is golf, I'm a 3 handicap so If interested, let's talk over a round.
