Don,My negativity is with those who are starting out, have no assets and buy it in their personal name and then transfer it to a LLC that has a holding company LLC etc.

I set up my entities mid 2023 -a holding company in WY and an operating LLC in NJ and have only had start up expenses so far and no income.

Of course if your all cash drag and holding costs wont matter in the long run.So for us they simply never pencil from ground up because of the cost and absorption time.
