Hello and Happy Weekend BiggerPockets,I finished reading the "How to Invest in Real Estate" and started "The Book on Rental Property Investing", as well as listened to some BP podcasts and I want to start building my team.My goal is to get a wholesale or fix-and-flip done by the end of June 2020, while I am complete my IL real estate licensing.
