The move in date is December 7th and is a month to month lease at $650/month (not including 50-70 a month for utilities).

You don’t know if blocked dates are actually booked or just blocked, nor do you know what rate they were booked for. 

You start dating, all is well, then just when you propose she starts to nitpick you about everything. 🚩🚩🚩 Walk away and don’t look back.

We purchased this property off the MLS in 2019 and replaced the roof and renovated the vacant unit of an inherited tenant who's lease expired.

I would hate to buy a place and need to spend thousands (and potentially more) in getting the foundation, electrical, or plumbing up to date.

Now, I’ve heard conflicting stories but it seems once you apprise S8 that you’re evicting, the move out date is imminent whether the tenant is still there or not.

The letter will have the transfer date on it.
