Hello BP,I recently purchased this triplex that is converted from a single family home into 3 units.

Purchase price: $99,000 Cash invested: $15,000 3br 1ba we converted into a 5br 2ba and we rent it to contract employees in the area for work.

Some problems when I saw the house were that, the master does not have a bathroom in it, there is little to no backyard, the garage was converted into a room and its not permitted, the house is also on a main street.What do you think this house is worth knowing that?

You should sell the property, take the equity, now converted from dead cash to liquid cash, and buy a new property. 

Eventually you'll build your own buyers list and won't need to bring her deals so she needs to get those fees out of you while she can

We came across a property that is a 7 unit apartment building and converted to Airbnb. 

PA has huge unfunded pension liabilities, and they're going to get that money from somewhere eventually (property owners?).

This question is based on my shrinking belief that the amount of appreciation we are seeing will eventually slow. 

And when we eventually sell he get's 50 % of the equity on the profit?
