If you are married to someone that can support you while you are doing this or you are still working on a W-2 job just keep it while you are doing your learning and it will probably help you get financing if you are barking at that tree.

Our house is well maintained and has nice landscaping, trimmed trees, lush cut green grass, while the other house is over grown with trees, house needs paint, rain gutters are falling down, garage door all dented up, the lawn is never mowed and on and on. 

I had heard a couple concerns about the tall trees early on but didn't think much of it.
