I have been encountering a similar issue where I'm in a low income area and it's been a challenge for me to find people that cover 3x rent with their income, let alone cover the 1st/Last/Security.

What a scam that place is.  

It is like you are trying to scam people and when they are too smart to fall for your scams you all get upset and bash the seller.Tsk tsk!

Just keep in mind that such activities are technically against the credit card user agreement and they will deactivate your card if they think you are scamming them. 

Also, if you are planning to use your rental income from your current primary or using 2nd FHA, there is a 100 mile rule that you have to encounter.

Hey I come from future (2023) and accidently encountered "this little gem of a thread" as well.

All five of us investors have legitimate contracts with paperwork that tie us to the property, so in that sense, it is not a scam.

So of course there was a scam of how to get "no cleaning fees" -- and my cleaner fired all her Evolve-using customers.

Depending on where this home is this could be a scam.
