@Daniel Stone In my area when these cats are trapped they are taken to the no kill shelters (which probably aren’t a thing in AZ) and spayed/neutered/given their shots) then kept until someone takes them to be barn cats and will provide proper care and treatment for the rest of their lives.

Should have been a 4x6 (or longer) shower and a smaller Jacuzzi, a nicer size for a tub is actually smaller than a whirlpool you have on the deck or pool area, that were popular in the past, what is nice is having the tub in a deck space so the little lady can line up all the bath sauces, perfumes, soaking treatments and candles some like to have (while the stereo or big screen is on watching Love Story).

Here are my choices, I can invest in a building that is in the middle of no where (No jobs, low population, etc), I can invest in 1 out of 2 towns where the prices are much lower but the quality of the buildings/tenants is terrible (Filled with crime, drugs, bed bugs, you name it) not to mention rents have not increases in ten years nor have property values appreciated in recent years.

My official Facebook opinion is that it’s just a matter of which blow actually knocks this ordinance out - fellow council members who realize this whole this is lunacy...voters who continue to put pressure on city council directly reminding them that they were voted in and can be just as easily voted out...or the lawsuit itself calling to light the abuse of authority between city council and the county health dept and the unequal treatment of rentals only regulating <4 units (city council members just happen to own large rental properties).
