Hi All -I would still consider myself a bit of a rookie, but I have been investing now for about 3 years.I currently own an 11 unit RV Park in which I own all of the units and rent them out.I have successfully completed a BRRR in Alabama with $4K left in the deal, and I am in the process of completing my first two SFH Fix & Flips in Detroit, Michigan.I am looking to build out a potential buyers list, JV partners, and just network in general with like-minded people. 

Hoping I can get community feedback on a deal I'm analyzing before we send EMD.

Charleston has a ton of REI networking events each month.

It has a pool and a nice backyard.

They saved money, bought a home in a neighborhood they believed in, and held on.

I recently bought a duplex and I am in the process of finding a tenant for one of the units.

I am looking to buy a piece of property a couple hours away from where I currently live.

I see a few challenges arising with this type of set-up.If for example, he/she doesn't do a good job or if you no longer need their services or if a conflict arises between landlord and manger.Is their a way to structure the managers pay without bumping in to challenges later on?

It’s a great city and still appealing for people moving in, but there’s a big oversupply right now in terms of housing (rents dropped by 8% last year).
