To date there have been no issues with damage and it still looks as good one year later.

My original impression of rent to own was that it’s the same as regular rental, but with a buy date and additional funds being given as option fee.

Tenant moved out before court date.

A bit dated and could use some repairs, but it's doing fine for her.

If the wife is to be removed from the lease, a date should be set off when she would vacate since all parties living on the premises should be on the lease.
