It's amazing that if you were to google the complaints on Apple , Honda , McDonald's some of the major company's in their market, thousands of customers have their complaints unresolved or very unsatisfied. 

Bandit signs are illegal obviously, and I read an article that said that the city is pretending to be customers calling on signs, and then giving them a citation.

I have a customer who is looking to buy a Duplex or Triplex in North Dallas/Carrollton/Grapevine/Lewisville... .ect area.

Her bank said she had plenty of money and was a great customer.

The claim I have heard is that LLC are highly customize able and the operation agreement needs to be setup properly.
