I do have to register it for tax purposes as far as I can tell, but there are no current stippling restrictions I can find and as I’m outside of the heart of town I don’t see there being enforcements set upon my zoning anytime too soon.

@Andy Hudgins   NOt sure if a signature will be all that is necessary.. a local Charleston investor will ride by the property see its in Wagner terrace see that I indeed paid cash for it.. see that it will indeed be worth 600k in a heart beat and that a 225k loan in first position is a nice place to be..When lending to an experience builder developer who has another 11 homes under construction currently in the exact same market...

So it may not be available.But if you take little manageable steps until you've got a safety cushion of a few months, and no consumer credit at all, and a paid for primary residence (I admit it I do bear a resemblance to another Dave..) then you can feel absolutely comfortable going all in and leveraging to your hearts content (it's only a passing resemblance to that other Dave).
