What is a good landlord software and is budget friendly and can be used for a SFR?

I am looking for property management software for multi-family and commercial office and retail space.

If you haven't already, you should confirm your co-op will allow home equity loans or helocs (many do not, and you would need the co-ops approval to do either), and find a lender that will work with co-ops (many will not do helocs on co-ops).

Check out Scott Patterson's Dark Pools - I've read that book a few times & each time I fly right through it because its so entertaining (it also motivated to design software for one of our businesses).
