I wanted to share my experience with FMC, and after one heck of a roller coaster ride with them, I feel that this needs to be said. 

Specifically 1) what is the total market share available (especially since you want to stay in that market not grow into others) 2) who makes up how much of that market share? 

I can now share this plan with my partner.

Airbnb has yielded more inquiries, to be but I will keep the property listed on both.Now that I have three consecutive months booked, I will continue to study the market, make improvements to the home, and do the best I can to provide great service to those who are staying the home.I am hoping to get good reviews.Thanks again for sharing, everyone.
